Analysis of the supplementary experimental data from the perspective of the latest administrative and judicial practice

Abstract：This article first sorted out the latest administrative and judicial cases involving supplementary experimental data and studied the overall current situation of submission of supplementary experimental data in the field of medicinal chemistry.Then the conditions and criteria for the acceptance of supplementary experimental data were delved into,drawing insights from both typical'failed'and'successful'cases.Furthermore,analysis and summary were conducted from different angles on how to effectively submit supplementary experimental data to meet patentability requirements.
