Advancements in pharmaceutical co-crystal research and key considerations

Abstract：Pharmaceutical co-crystal technology has the potential to enhance the physical and chemical properties of drugs(such as melting point,stability,solubility,hygroscopicity,compressibility,permeability,and bioavailability,etc.)without changing their molecular structure and pharmacological activity.As a new solid-state form of drugs,pharmaceutical co-crystals have attracted attention due to their unique advantages in the field of drug research.This article summarizes the research progress of pharmaceutical co-crystal through literature research and proposes pharmaceutical research ideas,in order to offer valuable references for pharmaceutical co-crystal research.
