New quality productivity empowers the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry:theoretical logic and practical path

Abstract：General Secretary Xi pointed out that the development of new quality productivity is an intrinsic requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development,while China's pharmaceutical industry is in a critical stage of transformation and high-quality development,and the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry empowered by new quality productivity has become a new research hotspot.From the perspective of new quality productivity in the pharmaceutical industry,this paper discusses in detail the difficulties that China's pharmaceutical industry is facing,such as insufficient funds of pharmaceutical enterprises to support scientific and technological innovation,few original and disruptive scientific and technological innovation achievements,insufficient overall collaborative integration and innovation of the pharmaceutical industry,and imperfect training and management system of high-quality pharmaceutical talents.We also pointed out that the new quality productivity can empower the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry by promoting scientific and technological innovation,strengthening the cultivation of high-quality compound talents,and promoting the transformation and upgrading.Therefore,we can adopt four practical paths to accelerate the new quality productivity and high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry,including strengthening the financial support for innovation in the pharmaceutical industry,accelerating the collaborative innovation in the pharmaceutical industry chain and region,building a digital and intelligent system and platform for the pharmaceutical industry,and strengthening the cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical talents.
