Clinical research progress on Rh-endostatin in the treatment of nonsmall-cell lung cancer

Abstract：Rh-endostatin(Endostar)is a novel recombinant human endostatin that is expressed and purified from Esche-richia coli.In 2005,it was approved by the State Food and Drug Administration(SFDA)of China for the treatment of NSCLC.This development has brought renewed hope to NSCLC treatment and serves as an important supplement to the treatment of tumor invasion and metastasis.So far,numerous studies have discussed the effectiveness and safety of Endostar in treating NSCLC.This article summarizes the research on the combination therapy and immunotherapy of Endostar in recent years,with the hope of finding more effective Endostar combination therapy options.
