Analysis and application of review points for purchase applications of reference standards of special drugs

Abstract：As a distinctive category,reference standards of special drugs are the essential items for enterprises production,inspection or research,which mainly including anesthesia and psychiatric products,medical toxic products,hazardous chemical products,etc.In order to provide support for revising regulations,strengthening guidance to enterprises and improving the efficiency of reference standard distribution,we studied the relevant regulations,analyzed the purchase requirements and delivery methods,summarized the questions during reviewing,and abstracted the common issues and concerns.And then some suggestions were made,mainly including revising regulations,perfecting purchase platform,strengthening training of enterprises,and so on.
