Abstract：Based on the whole life cycle of drugs,supply chain theory,and stakeholder theory,this study constructed an analytical framework for the accessibility management of orphan drugs,compared and analyzed the similarities and differences of the management approaches in the United States,the European Union,Japan,and some developing countries and regions from four aspects:availability,supplyability,utilizability,and affordability management.Combined with the specific national conditions of China,the implications of the international experience were extracted for the conduction of accessibility management of orphan drugs in China.
