Analysis of the patents for the formulation technology of anti-tumor drug paclitaxel

Abstract：As paclitaxel is a commonly used anti-tumor drug of taxanes in clinical,the development of its formulations has become the focus of this research area.This article analyzes the marketing situation and patent application status of paclitaxel formulations,and introduces the patents on the technologies of albumin nanopreparations,liposomes,and micelles,aiming to provide some useful references on the development of new formulations,patent protection countermeasure and intellectual property strategy for paclitaxel or other drugs in domestic pharmaceutical enterprise.
