Research progress of nano-drug delivery system with intelligent control/response to tumor microenvironment for tumor therapy

Abstract：Tumor microenvironment is a complicated integrated system composed of immune cells,inflam-matory cells,tumor-associated fibroblasts,various cytokines,chemokines,and microvessels,etc.As the survival environment of tumor cells,it is closely related to tumor occurrence,metastasis and recurrence.It has become a current research topic to construct intelligent nano preparations using the differences between tumor microenvironment and normal tissues.This review summarizes the common intelligent nanodelivery systems that regulate or respond to tumor microenvironment in order to provide new ideas and methods for the rational design of intelligent nanodelivery systems.
