Predictive analysis on quality markers of Gastrodiae Rhizoma based on quality control status,clinical application and network pharmacology

Abstract：Gastrodiae Rhizoma is a representative traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of medicinal use.Clinically,there are many formulas taking Gastrodiae Rhizoma as one principal medicine,and exerting extensive pharmacological effects.However,the current quality standards of Gastrodiae Rhizoma are only evaluated based on the contents of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl methanol,which are not very scientific and can no longer meet the further development and utilization of Gastrodiae Rhizoma.Quality control status and main clinical application of Gastrodiae Rhizoma were summarized in this paper based on quality marker(Q-marker)theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The preliminary Q-markers prediction analysis of Gastrodiae Rhizoma was carried out from the perspectives of traditional medicinal properties and efficacy,unique chemical composition,and network pharmacology,so as to provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Gastrodiae Rhizoma.
