Considerations on constructing the team of public scientists for drug evaluation

Abstract：The innovative development of pharmaceutical industry has brought new requirements to the Chinese institution of drug evaluation and its capabilities.This paper proposed the concept of"public service scientists",analyzed the attributes and responsibilities of drug review work,sorted out its main competency characteristics,and put forward some suggestions for constructing and developing public scientists for drug evaluation.
