Abstract:Objective: To compare the effects of generic (Aisuping()) and original intravenous esomeprazole (Nexiumumumumum()) on gasctric acid secretion. Methods: Ninety-three SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, including Aisuping() Low-dose group ( 10 mg·kg-1·d-1), Aisuping high-dose() Group ( 50 mg·kg-1·d-1), Nexium() Low-dose group ( 10 mg·kg-1·d-1), Nexium() High-dose group ( 50 mg·kg-1·d-1), saline group and blank group. Then, the secretion levels of gastric acid, pepsin and gastrin were detected on day 5 and day 14 after the multiple dose administration. Results: There was no significant difference in the secretion levels of gastric acid, pepsin and gastrin between Aisuping() And Nexium() Groups on day 5 and day 14. Both Aisuping() And Nexium() Could effectively inhibit gastric acid secretion in rats. Conclusion: Generic esomeprazole for injection has long and persistent gastric acid inhibitory effect in rats, which is equivalent to original esomeprazole.
