A clinical trial of Jinxiang Shugan tablets combined with music therapy for 35 depressions of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency after stroke

Abstract：Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Jinxiang Shugan tablets combined with music therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. Methods: A total of70 patients admitted to the department of neurological rehabilitation in our hospital who met the diagnostic criteria of post-stroke liver stagnation and spleen deficiency depression, were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the random number table method, and each group had 35 patients. The control group was treated with music therapy combined with a simulated agent, and the treatment group was treated with music therapy combined with Jinxiang Shugan tablets for intervention, respectively. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The reduction rate of HAMD quantitative score before and after treatment was used to compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results: The scores of HAMD and total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: Jinxiang Shugan tablets combined with music therapy has an obvious curative effect on treating post-stroke depression with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
