Abstract：In 2017, FDA approved 35 new molecular entities (new molecular entity, NMEs) and 21 new biological agents (biologic license applications, BLAs), which increased 155％ compared with 22 in 2016. In accordance with the classification of drugs, anticancer drugs 17 (30. 4％), cardiovascular drugs 4 (7. 1％), respiratory medicine 1 (2. 8％), nervous system drugs 5 (8. 9％), endocrine drugs 15 (26. 8％), anti infective drugs 10 (17. 8％), other drugs 4 (7. 1％).
