Microwave synthesis, characterization and anticoagulant study of novel 4-hydroxy coumarin derivatives

Abstract：Objective: To synthesize twelve new coumarin derivatives by microwave synthesis. Methods:A series of new coumarin derivatives were synthesized from 4-hydroxycoumarin by microwave synthesis method. All the products were characterized by IR, MS and 1HNMR. Results: Some of the compounds were synthesized for the first time, for one of which the anticoagulant effect was studied. Conclusion: The experimental results showed that the compound has significant anticoagulant effect, which provide an important theoretical basis for the study of anticoagulant drugs.
