Application of Pig-a gene mutation in genotoxicity research

Abstract：In recent years, studies in the genotoxicity of phosphatidylinositol glycan A (Piga)gene mutation suggest that it may be a potential tool for quantifying in vivo and in vitro mutational events. This review summarizes Pig-a related research recently published, the application of Pig-a gene mutation detection methods and drug genotoxicity evaluation, and the application of Pig-a gene mutation in rats. The cross-species research on the mutation of Pig-a gene and the detection of Pig-a gene mutation by NGS technology were described.
