Abstract：The drug preparation is composed of the drug active ingredient and the medicinal supplement.The interaction between drug active components and pharmaceutical ingredients is a double-edged sword which can be developed in a beneficial direction and also can be developed in harmful ways.Harmful interaction is difficult for the development of pharmaceutical preparations,so it is very important to find accurate and reliable analytical methods in the field of preparation research.In this paper,the interaction between pharmaceutical auxiliary materials and drug active components and their analysis methods have been summarized according to the research results at home and abroad.
