Compare the delivery rate and delivered amount of ambroxol hydrochloride nebules inhalation solution of two types of nebulizer by breathing simulator

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the delivery rate and delivered amount of ambroxol hydrochloride nebules inhalation solution using breathing simulator.To characterize and compare the delivery rates and delivered amounts of ambroxol hydrochloride nebules inhalation solution between two types of nebulizer.Methods:Add the ambroxol hydrochloride nebules inhalation solution into two types of nebulizes,respectively.Connect the nebulizers with inhalation simulation devices,and simulate the breathing patterns of infant,child and adult.Measure the delivery rate and delivered amount of ambroxol hydrochloride nebules inhalation solution,and compared with the theory values.Results:The delivered amount of nebulizer A and nebulizer B are both less than the theoretical value.The delivery rate and delivery amount of nebulizer A are obviously higher than those of nebulizer B.The character of nebulizer A is close to the theoretical value.Conclusion:Delivery rate and delivered amount are varied among different types of nebulizers.It provides the reference to the choice of nebulizers.
