Abstract：The key points of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) drugs have been summarized in the review,including the preparation of LMWH API,structural characterization,impurities analysis and quality control,preparation process and quality control of the injections,equivalence of in vivo pharmacodynamic (PD) profile,which might give some advice on the generic drugs research and the quality and efficacy of generic low molecular weight heparin.
