Abstract：The global new drugs launches between 2007 and 2016 are collected and systemized,and the number of the listed new drugs,global market distribution,major therapeutic areas,development units,as well as the development risk are analyzed and commented.As the main force of global drug development as well as the most important first-launch market,the feature and tendency of new drugs in the United States nearly 10 years,especially the new categories and approval technology of FDA drugs are elaborated in this review.
