Advances in formulation approach and action targets of novel antiviral drugs

Abstract：Virus is a non-cell microorganism that cannot live independently without host cells.Most infectious diseases are caused by virus,which seriously harm human health.There are two main ways to solve this problem:vaccine injection and drug therapy.Vaccine research often takes too much time so that chemical drugs become the main therapeutic tool.However,they also have the problems of low bioavailability,resistance and more adverse reactions.This article summarizes how to use new pharmaceutical preparation technologies to improve bioavailability and develop compounds with new targets to conquer the resistance thus to treat viral diseases more effectively.
