Abstract：The non-clinical evaluation of generic chemical injections for registration was overviewed from the aspective of dispersion system in this paper,and the key point and common consideration in the process of experimental designing and review were discussed,to serve as a reference for professionals in pharmaceutical R&D instituations and manufacturers.
