Abstract：The osmotic pump controlled release preparation,as a typical representative of controlled release preparation,has many advantages.So far it is the most ideal kind of controlled release preparation.In this paper,information of the Chinese invention patents for oral osmotic pump preparation was analyzed and summarized from the views of technology development,legal status,the inventive subject,and invention point.We hoped to provide references for the study of oral osmotic pump preparation,patent application,and patent layout.
