Research progress of mitosis catastrophe targeted medicines on tumor cells

Abstract：Mitosis catastrophe is a phenomenon of cell death caused by abnormal mitosis.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the basic and developmental research of mitosis catastrophe targeted medicines on tumor cells,and the research on the mechanism about tumor death of mitotic catastrophe induced by existing drug has also made positive progress.In this paper,we will discuss the latest progress on the mitosis catastrophe targeted medicines on tumor cells and its mechanism,to provide references for the development and application of new mitotic catastrophe inducer.
