Empirical analysis on technology innovation and firm growth of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises with the supply side perspective

Abstract：With the data of 163 Chinese listed pharmaceutical companies,this paper studied relationships among the new drug applications,the patent output and firm growth in different capital board by Panel Vector Autoregression.And the results verified that the effective ways for the development of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises should be increasing R&D input,establishing a clear development strategy and strengthening management mode of innovation,which would improve the drug application quantity and patent output,and increase output efficiency.
