Clinical observation on the efficacy of Shenkang Bolt in treating the patients with chronic kidney disease

Abstract：Objective:to investigate the signs of Shenkang Bolt suppository in patients with chronic renal diseases stage llⅢ～ Ⅳ,and the related indexes of TCM,tongue,pulse and renal function.Methods:N =160 patients with CKD Ⅲ～ Ⅳ staging and mixed with TCM standard of wet blood stasis syndrome were enrolled.All patients were treated with Shenkang Bolt embolization anal therapy,the treatment cycle were 8 weeks.Comparison of changes in renal function before and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,Scr,BUN in patients were significantly lower than before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Ccr was significantly higher than before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.13％,and the total clinical effective rate was 91.88％.Conclusion:Shenkang suppository treatment of CKD can effectively improve the renal function and clinical symptoms,delay the progress of the disease.It is easy to use,safe,reliable,therefore has a very important clinical significance.
