Abstract：Thermo-sensitive hydrogels had gained increasing attention from researchers since the sol-gel phase transition can occur according to the environmental temperature change,and also the solution state administration,the administration site in the rapid formation of a drug reservoir,with controlled release,targeted drug delivery and other advantages.The objective of this review is to summarize the applications and recent advances of thermo-sensitive hydrogels,including preparation,classification,gelation mechanisms and biomedical applications therefore provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of the intelligent drug delivery systems.
