Therapeutic effect and influence of Tongxinluo capsules on inflammatory responses and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease suffered from angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract：Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsules and their effects on the inflammatory response and function of vascular endothelium in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:From May 2015 to October 2016,102 patients with angina pectoris who underwent PCI were enrolled in this study.According to the principle of random assignment,the patients were divided into control group and observation group (n =51).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and those in the observation group were treated with Tongxinluo capsules on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The effective rate of angina pectoris was 96.08％ in the observation group and 80.39％ in the control group (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide (NO),endothelin (ET) and high sensitive C reaction protein (Hs-CRP) in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).In the observation group,the frequency and duration of NO,ET and Hs-CRP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the frequency and duration of the observation group were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of total cholestterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsules are effective in the treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease.It has the effects of inhibiting inflammatory mediators,protecting vascular endothelium,anticoagulation,platelets,lipid-regulating and so on,and can effectively prevent the occurrence of acute coronary events,thus is worthy of clinical promotion.
