Determination of gefitinib by 19F QNMR

Abstract：Objective:To establish a new method for 19F QNMR determination of gefitinib.Methods:19F NMR spectra were obtained by using a 500 M NMR spectrometer at 25 ℃,and 4-fluorocinnamic acid was used as internal standard.Results:The result determined by this method (99.07％) was consistent with the result of mass balance method (99.29％),showing good precision and repeatability.Conclusion:The method used for the quantitative determination of gefitinib is accurate,effective and economic,and lays a foundation for establishing a rapid and accurate quantitative determination method of medicines containing fluorine atom.
