Abstract：Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a malignant pulmonary vascular disease,characterized by abnormal increase in pulmonary artery pressure and accompanied by small pulmonary lesions or not,which is potentially fatal.With the in-depth study of PAH pathogenesis,PAH drugs with different mechanisms of action appear constantly.In this paper,we summarized the recent clinical application and market status of PAH drugs,and described the development opportunities and challenges in our country.
