Abstract：Objective:To prepare film-coated phloroglucinol tablets with oxidation stability and establish the methods for its quality control.Methods:The stability of phloroglucinol oral tablets was improved by film coating containing antioxidant.Orthogonal design was used for optimization of the formula and preparation technology.The content of phloroglucinol in the preparation was determined by HPLC and the stability of phloroglucinol was investigated by influence factors experiments.Results:The optimal formula and preparation method were determined.The quality and dissolution of film-coated tablets met the requirements.Conclusion:The film-coated phloroglucinol tablets have a reasonable formula,a simple preparation process and good dissolution and stability.The quality of the products can be easily controlled.
