Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and effect of mannanglcopeptide on postoperative immunity index in patients with malignant tumor in thorax. Methods:A single center prospective randomized controlled clinical study was designed.A total of 154 patients with malignant tumor in thorax were randomly divided into treatment group (n =86) and control group (n =68).Mannanglcopeptide was sprayed on the surface of wound during operations and intravenously injected postoperatively. The blood sample was collected at the following time:the day before operation, and the first day,the third day and the seventh day after operation. The content of T-lymphocyte subgroups (CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +) were measured by flow cytometry.T-lymphocyte subgroups, extubation time, hospitalization time and postoperative complications in the patients of two groups were compared. Results:Mannanglcopeptide treatment significantly increased T-lymphocyte subgroups (CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +) on the seventh postoperative day.Extubation and hospitalization time were significantly less in treatment group than in control group. The postoperative pulmonary infection was lower in treatment group. Conclusion:Postoperative application of mannanglcopeptide improves the immune function in patients with malignant tumor in thorax, and has advantages in pulmonary infection with lower extubation and hospitalization time.
