Abstract：Objective:To investigate the active components and action mechanism of YinQiaoJieDu soft capsule in treating respiratory tract infection.Methods:Network pharmacology was adopted to investigate the interactions between the ingredients of YinQiaoJieDu soft capsule and potential targets on the respiratory tract infection in order to elucidate the main active components and action mechanism.Results:The main active components of YinQiaoJieDu soft capsules were flavonoids,sterols and triterpenoids,and their actions might be related to interfering virus replication and inflammatory reactions.Conclusion:YinQiaoJieDu soft capsules are probably effective in treating respiratory tract infection through acting on key proteins and related receptors of respiratory viruses,regulating the secretion of inflammatory molecles,and interfering expression of the proteins involved in inflammatory pathways.
