Generating method and empirical study of risk response strategy in new drug research and development

Abstract：New drug research and development (R&D) is a complex engineering of high investment,high risk and long cycle,so performing risk response in new drug R&D is necessary.This paper proposes a decision analysis method for solving the risk response strategy selection problem from the perspectives of a single risk situation and considering two risks,respectively,on the basis of analyzing the risks existing in new drug R&D.Then,an optimization model of project risk response strategy selection is constructed.Finally,a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
