Abstract：Since the first recombinant clotting factor Ⅷ product was marketed in the United States in 1992,the recombinant products have made significant progress in the treatment of hemophilia A,and occupied a major market share in developed countries.With the in-depth study of the structures,functions and action mechanisms of proteins,molecular structure and manufacturing process were gradually improved.The patient convenience and compliance are being increased while product safety being improved.This review summarizes the molecular structures and production processes of recombinant coagulation factor Ⅷ related products.
