Abstract：Minitablets as a novel drug delivery system,with advantages of uniform dispersion,flexible dose and adjustable drug release and location,can prolong the action time,reduce the frequency of administration and individual difference after treatment.Swallowing difficulty of ordinary tablets and capsules can be overcome by using this dosage form,and it can be widely accepted by pediatric population,so has gained more and moreattention of researchers.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of minitablets in recent years,in order to provide theoretical basis and research ideas for their further research and clinical application.
