Abstract：Since paclitaxel was found in the early 1960s,research upsurge of taxane has been formed around the world and new kinds of taxane have been developed.In this paper,we briefly reviewed the research status of antineoplastic taxane,including listed,and clinical and pre-clinical antineoplastic taxane.Finally,the paper predicted the research direction of antineoplastic taxane in the future.
