Innovative drugs' pricing and reimbursement mechanism of representative countries under reference price system

Abstract：As our country is in the period of drug price management system transforming to the innovative system with drug reimbursement as the core,this paper compares the management systems for innovative drugs' prices of representative countries under the framework of reference price model.The management system of pricing and reimbursement for innovative drugs of representative countries like Germany,France and Canada presents basic characteristics which include innovation incentives and payment ability balance under linkage of new drug pricing to reimbursement achievement,classification management based on the value evaluation,the integrated management strategy with multiple pricing methods,and drug prices decision-making mechanism with multiple participants.These characteristics provide important enlightenment for the renovation of innovative drug management in China's system transformation.
