Innovation ability evaluation of bio-pharmaceutical enterprises in our country based on BP neural network

Abstract：Innovation is essential to the development of bio-pharmaceutical companies.This paper aimed to evaluate the innovation capability of bio-pharmaceutical companies in our country according to the respective index system in order to improve their innovation capacity.Using literature reading method,innovation capability evaluation index system was built for bio-pharmaceutical companies according to the actual situation,and validated BP neural network was developed to evaluate the innovation capability of bio-pharmaceutical enterprises.The evaluation results were basically the same with the authority's opinions.It is feasible to use BP neural network for evaluation of the innovation ability of bio-pharmaceutical companies,and the established innovation ability evaluation index system can reflect the basic innovation capability.
