Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Naoxueshu oral liquid which is used to treat acute cerebral infarction caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to provide theoretical guidance for its clinical application. Methods:A total of 78 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital with acute cerebral infarction caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western Medicine treatment, while 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with Naoxueshu oral liquid on the base of the treatment group. The treatments weregiven 14 d for a course. After one course, the treatment effects were observed and compared the clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome integral, the NIHSS score, the ADL score, the function changes of coagulation and rate of adverse reaction. Results:The total effective rate was 81.57% in the control group and lower than that of the treatment group which was 92.50% (P < 0.05).After treatment, the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome integral, the NIHSS score, the ADL score and the function changes of coagulation of the two groups were obviously improved (P < 0.05).However,the NIHSS score, the ADL score and the function changes of coagulation of the treatment group were obviously better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Two groups of patients did not appear serious drug-related adverse events during the treatments, and there was no significant difference. Conclusion:Naoxueshu oral liquid used to treat acute cerebral infarction caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis has a more significant clinical efficacy and less toxic side effects and has the value of clinical popularization and application.
