The international situation analysis on the patent of anticancer drugs during 2010-2016

Abstract：A statistical analysis on the application situation of anticancer drugs in recent years has been done,to find the current situation of drug research and development in this field,and to provide reference for relevant departments in China.The results indicated that during 2010-2016,the number of patent applications in the field the volatility is low amplitude,patent application is in the growth phase;Therapeutic activity of compounds or pharmaceutical formulations Is the main technical direction of the field;Among the top 10 patent applicants,China Pharmaceutical University,Fudan University and Zhejiang University,and international mainly to large pharmaceutical enterprises;HOFFMANN LA ROCHE INC,NOVARTIS AG and UNIV CALIFORNIA are the leaders in this field,holding an obvious advantage;combination drug therapy and targeted therapy of anticancer drugs are the main areas of concern;breast cancer and liver cancer have a high concern.GlaxoSmithKline Co,the National Academy of Sciences,France has a strong ability to cooperate GLAXCOSMITHKLINE LLC and CNRS CENT NAT RECH SCI have strong ability of cooperation.
