Simultaneous determination of meranzin hydrate, meranzin, marmin and aurapten in Fructus ponciri trifoliatae by HPLC

Abstract：Objective:To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of meranzin hydrate,meranzin,marmin and aurapten in Fructus Ponciri trifoliatae.Methods:The HPLC system consisted of a Diamonsil C1s column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water eluted in gradient mode (38:62) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1 The detection wavelength was 324 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results:The calibration curves of meranzin hydrate,meranzin,marmin,and aurapte had good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.003 8 ～ 0.022 9 μg (r =0.999 7),0.005 8 ～ 0.034 7 μg(r =0.999 5),0.006 5 ～ 0.038 9 μg(r =0.999 2) and 0.822 6 ～ 4.935 7 μg(r =0.999 8),respectively,and the average recoveries (n =6) of the four components were 103.5 ％ with RSD of 2.1％,97.80％ with RSD of 1.7％,99.51％ with RSD of 2.9％,and 105.00％ with RSD of 2.5％,respectively.Conclusion:According to the methodology validation,this method can be applied to the determination of meranzin hydrate,meranzin,marmin and aurapten in Fructus ponciri trifoliatae.
