Abstract：This article,which has paid attention to the efficacy evaluation of the clinical trials for stroke on the newly published "the guiding principles of clinical research on the treatment of stroke in new traditional Chinese medicine",describes the noticeable problems in the clinical study for ischemic stroke on duration of treatment and curative effect observation point,selection of evaluation index of curative effect,efficacy comparison and effect analysis,and so on,in order to provide reference for the clinical research at or about to begin,to carry out a reasonable experimental design.
