Analysis of drug patent information of pancreatic diseases

Abstract：The incidence of pancreatic diseases has been increasing year by year.Digging and interpreting the drug patent information can help us understand the dynamics of research and development,grasp the international competition situation,and provide important references for drug research and development and patent layout in our country.Based on the DII platform,the trend of the amount of application in the calendar year,the subject area distribution,the patent right person and so on were analyzed using the patent analysis method,combined with pharmaceutical knowledge.The results showed that the international drug research and development in this field is in a steady decline period,the growth rate is slow,and the technology is mature.Different subjects are being infiltrated each other;such as chemistry,pharmacology & pharmacy,engineering and computer science.As technology leaders,Merck & Co Inc,Takeda Co,and Boehringer-Ingelheim,have a large number of and rapidly increasing patents and their technology research and development are gradually enhancing in recent years,indicating their obvious leading edge.Merck & Co.Inc.,Novartis Ag.,Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer Inc.have strong ability of COoperation.
