Nonspecific adsorption in urine sample analysis

Abstract：It is a very important part to measure and analyze the drug concentrations of urine samples in new drug development.Because of the differences between urine samples and other biological samples like whole blood,plasma and serum which are composed of protein and lipid,there might be some problems with nonspecific adsorption of urine samples in drug concentration test.In this paper,the authentication and solution to the problems of nonspecific adsorption of urine samples are summarized,and the problems needed to pay attention are discussed.
