Optimization of water extraction technique for Yizhi Xingnao granules through response surface methodology

Abstract：Objective:To optimize water extraction technology for screening the water extraction process of Yizhi Xingnao granule.Methods:The stilbene glucosides were determined by HPLC.Taking extraction rate of stilbene glucoside and extract yield as indexed,water addition,extraction time and extraction times were researched through the reasonable allocation of water addition,extraction time and response surface methodology.Results:The best extracting technology is using the amount of 18 (8 + 5 + 5) times water,extracting 3 times and extracting for 3.5 h (1.5 + 1 + 1).Conclusion:This extraction technology is stable and reliable.
