Research progress in targeting evaluation methods for anti-tumor targeted drug delivery system

Abstract：Targeted drug delivery system has become a hot topic in research and development of new drugs.Compared to traditional preparations,targeted drug delivery system may increase drug selectivity and reduce adverse reactions,enhance efficacy,improve patient compliance,and so on.The establishment of scientific and reasonable targeting evaluating technology and methods plays an important role in guaranting the safety and efficacy as well as a controllable quality.In this review,we briefly introduced the targeting mechanism,and registered and marketed anti-tumor targeted drug products.In particular,the targeting evaluating technologies and methods were featured in this review.These will provide some strategies for quality research and control methods of anti-tumor targeted drug delivery system.
