Comparative study of new drug clinical trial data protection between the mainland and Taiwan of China

Abstract：A cooperation agreement of drug clinical trials between the mainland and Taiwan of China has reduced the repeatability of clinical trials.It will greatly promote the new drug research and appear on the market.The drug clinical trial data directly depend on the laws of the mainland and Taiwan of China.The content restrictions of drug test data protection in the mainland can more fully reflect elasticity terms and conditions in application to the TRIPS agreement as compared to the Taiwan region.On the other hand,in the manner of the protection of drug test data in Taiwan,the time required for approval listed is considered more than the mainland,which is worthy of reference for the mainland of China.
