Abstract：To provide references for the further studies and development of Mussaenda Pubescens Ait.f.,a systematic literature survey was conducted to summarize the chemical constituents and main biological activities of Mussaenda Pubescens Ait.f.by retrieving CNKI and Scifinder databases.Literature survey shows that the plant contains multiple chemical constituents,mainly includes saponins,monoterpenes,and phenylpropanoids.and has anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-viral,anti-fertility and other biological activities.
