Application of microdialysis technique in the external preparations of traditional Chinese medicines

Abstract：Microdialysis technique is a simple,sensitive in vivo sampling technique,suitable for the living of local tissues and organs sampling,without any treatment of the samples,through the combination with HPLC,HPLC-MS analysis technology,it can real-time and on-line monitoring of dynamic changes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) components and metabolites in the body.Microdialysis technique plays an important role in the study of TCM,and provides a new method for the quality evaluation of TCM external preparations.The article mianly introduced the principle and characteristics of microdialysis,focusing on the application of microdialysis technique in TCM external preparations,indicated that microdialysis technique has broad prospects in the research of TCM external preparations.
