Abstract：By means of the technology innovation information service platform of incopat,the global patents of ALK inhibitor crizotinib were retrieved.After processing the data for crizotinib related patents,such as patent application trends,technological development life cycle,the principal applicant,the composition of patent technology and patent legal status are analyzed,the patent information of crizotinib from Pfizer was analyzed and researched and we especially dissect its layout to the patent situation in China.This article can be beneficial to guide the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises on the project establishment,patent layout,and to carry out the generics and new drug R&D works on this basis.
